Visual Expression

I take photo's of homes & raw land for work. I also enjoy taking photo's of friends, family and my puppy (my favorite subject).

No theme to my work at this time, although I aspire to take photo's of parks, beaches, attractions and events in the area.

I will achieve that goal through learning all of the functions of the camera, practicing and getting out there and exploring!

    And, that's how it's done!

Edward Weston, a West Coast photographer of some note, once said something to the effect:
"Until you know your camera and equipment like the back of your hand, you will not be able to make a creative image."

I probably butchered that one, but perhaps you get the point. If you have to think about file size, plus or minus exposure compensation, JPEG, TIFF, or RAW, manual VS auto focus, etc., you will NOT be able to transcend into the glorious sunshine of creativity!

You appear to be on the right track!
